CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) before it enters the packing and shipping process. Please note that if the products you have ordered have already been processed/despatched, you will need to return them in accordance with the provisions set out below.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, or is not what you ordered, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights if reported within 30 days of receipt.
If you believe a product is faulty or was damaged prior to its arrival at your address, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to investigate. Please include clear photos of any damage, including the outer packaging.
Our policy on damaged products does not affect your statutory rights.
If you cancel your order, it must be returned in the original shipping packaging, shrink wrapped and undamaged within 30 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you wish to exchange items on your order, they must be returned in the original shipping packaging, shrink wrapped and undamaged within 30 days of purchase. Email us at email@example.com and let us know which item you would like in exchange. Note that an additional shipping fee would be charged.
Until such time as the product(s) are returned to us, you must retain possession of the item(s) and take reasonable care of them.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We also advise that you obtain a certificate of posting and retain this for your records. Any damage caused by your shipping company is your responsibility, and we advise that you take out sufficient postal insurance to cover the value of the returned products. We cannot accept damaged returns.
